Wendy Machanik Properties (WMP) was started by its CEO - Wendy Machanik, after she had already established herself in the industry - winning ‘Agent of the Year’ for 12 years in succession. Appointed as Sales Director of one of South Africa's largest real estate companies, she personally trained and recruited agents, growing the company to a real estate giant. Ambitious and driven, Wendy's dream to build her own business was realised in 1989 when she launched WMP. It wasn't long before her converted garage office became too small for her fast growing team of agents, and today Wendy Machanik House in Melrose, Johannesburg is the headquarters of WMP.
