Ensure your lawn looks well maintained and is free of any animal deposits.

Do not leave pets, certain buyers have allergies / religious reasons /
phobias. |

Clear away ladders / hose pipes / garden tools / toys / wheelbarrows / pool
equipment etc., for showdays and also when the photographer is expected to take
photos. |

Display patio furniture with cushions and umbrellas or pack away out of
sight. |
