How long for a Sole
Mandate? It is a well established custom of entrusting the
sale of your property through a sole mandate exclusively to one agent for
between 120 and 180 days. Avoid paying commission twice over. Yet another danger
of employing multiple Estate Agencies is having to pay double commission.
Should a buyer be shown the same property by two different agents / agencies and
put in an offer through one of them, the other agent may also feel entitled to
commission. A sole mandate avoids this situation.

24-hours of granting the mandate. • Upon signing
this mandate, we will provide you with professional guidance on
how to present your home to its best advantage. • Plan a
cutting-edge advertising strategy. • The utilisation of brilliant
and innovative marketing tools. • Prepare a personalised brochure
of your property. • Contact all qualified buyers intending to
purchase within your price range and area. • Arrange
for mutually suitable times to showcase your property. • Provide
you with regular feedback on the marketing of your home and
market conditions. • Present you with all written
offers. • Maintain regular communication with you throughout the
selling process including receiving the offers, concluding the
